What do yall count as hardmaxx vs softmaxx?

I know all surgery and roids is Hardmaxxing, but do you count filler, bonesmashing and or peptides as a hardmaxx? Like where would you draw the line specifically?

No only hardmaxxes should not be easily reversible therefore only hardmaxx is surgery. Roids are softmaxx
