If I miss a shower one night the next day my hair will feel a bit itchy and flakey

and i sometimes use coconut oil on my hair cause its anti fungal

Use soft shampoo with hylauric acid and then a conditioner (leave it in for 5-20min)

Use scalp brush aswell and massage your scalp and hair with the shampoo or conditioner.
