monetization on tiktok is quite low from what i've heard bc my friend used to be viral on tiktok like 2m likes+ on many videos and barely got $100 a month

This is not the same guy. Brow shape + nose different. Also ears seem different.

He literally substituted another guy as the "after", OR processed the pic in photoshop so much, that it is not even the same person anymore.

Aside from lights ofc. More than 50% of this glow-up.

Great. But I believe this was the result of two surgeries, both of which involved more than just jaw surgery. And supposedly this dude is Raffaini's nephew or cousin or something.

After more surgery, like I said in a previous comment. And you think Raffaini is so adept at photoshop that he can make someone look ever so slightly different in the same exact way in multiple photos, from multiple angles, with multiple facial expressions? These results are like at least 15 years old too.

But I don't care. I'm not going to Raffaini. And a lot of results depend on the person's potential, not necessarily the surgeons skill. He clearly cherrypicks the results he releases since he's been at this since mid-90s and only has like 10 male results published.

at this point it's not worth it to go to him since he charges just 33k euro for trimax alone. and his rhinos are almost 10k and his practice isn't even specialized in them

Lol OFC. It is his work and trade. Money does not smell. Except that plastic surgeons are not autismos like Crisick, they can make the "afters" somewhat human instead of goddess-level.

But given the details I supplied I clearly mean that he is extremely picky about which results he publishes. Obviously no surgeons are postings their botches, but other surgeons are posting every time they get a decent result, whereas he's only posting his best of the best results.

I don't think so. He looks pretty well healed. I always assumed he had gotten another procedure in between. He doesn't just look older or slightly less swollen, but maybe that's the only difference.
