What do yall think about Prof. Federico Hernández Alfaro?

Ive been looking into who the best jaw surgeons are recently and i stumbled upon this guy. He seems to be pretty well regarded and possibly one of the best jaw surgeons. I was browsing through the gallery of results and found this guy:

You might've seen the discussion or edits around him before but this is the surgeon who did it. However every single jaw surgeon i've looked at still has some absolutely fucking shit results in the gallery. Alfaro is no exception. Maybe some of them were so cooked they couldnt be saved and maybe others only cared about function but idk. These are on the first page of the gallery btw and there are plenty more:

Now i'll admit the first guys result isnt that bad but its not great and there are plenty more like the second woman's. I'm not sure if all jaw surgeons have results like that or if there are some more niche black pilled ones who would always do a good job. Just lf any opinions.

Btw i dont give a fuck if u think im not gonna get surgery (it js depends if i can get the money) and also ik this is a fairly low quality post but who fucking cares
