What do yall think of mike mentzer style training for legs only?

I started last week and I plan on doing 1 set of each workout until complete failure and then hitting them again every 4-5 days
 
big fan of him, i'd do a little bit more though, maybe 3 sets, since some people disagree on his training philosophy. i think it's a good sweet spot
