I am swedish, pretty much all my ancestors were scandinavian. My entire family has blue/green eyes, but I got light brown eyes.

A good way to tell if you're a white is by using the Fitzpatrick Phototype Scale

Phototype I: Very pale skin, with freckles and frequent sunburns. Red or blonde hair, light eyes. Rarely tans and burns easily.

Phototype II: Fair skin, with frequent sunburns and minimal tanning. Blonde or light brown hair, light eyes. Tans little and burns easily.

Phototype IV: Light brown skin, with rare sunburns and easy tanning. Brown or black hair, any color eyes. Tans easily and rarely burns.
