I used to have this when i was like 14 then i started bulking eating clean foods grew some mass cut down my weight then bulked again for 2 years and now i'm jacked at 17.

i dont know much about this but wouldn’t it be smarter to burn calories with cardio so u dont lose as much muscle from starving? ur prob right tho

just focus on losing fat as quick as possible, dont care about muscle loss, it will take too long, get skinny asf first then go on pack on some muscle
