What do you do once you have already had teeth extracted?

I have had a few teeth removed to begin orthodontic treatment with braces.

However, I recently noticed that my smile has become more gummy-like and that I have developed deeper under-eye bags (might be from my lack of sleep tho) and have been thinking about postponing my braces even though I only have about 3-4 months left of treatment MAX.

Instead, I am hoping to maybe get SARPE/MARPE + IMDO/BSSO (no ortho does IMDO in my city yet so still tossing up on whether to travel across the country to get it done or not) and dental implants to replace my extractions and THEN finishing off with orthodontics, probs invisalign because JFL at going clubbing with braces, don't want to look like a man-child

What is everyone's thoughts on this plan, and extractions in general? I should note I have a pretty narrow smile, and a weak mandible, hence the two appliances.

If I have to do extractions (my mandibular 8s grow horizontally) I want to fill the place the tooth occupied with some sort of bone-growing compound. I heard such exist. Question is, do they in USSR.

You should check out what William Hang is doing. Basically he reopens spaces for retracted teeth and then places implants. There was livestream about retractive orthodontics on orthotropics, where he gives example on how he's doing it.

a little late but thanks for this. implants are expensive tho so still tryna see if I can expand my palate using SARPE/MSE and get the implants later in life when I got more $$$

DO MSE Then CCW Bimax

DO MSE Then CCW Bimax
I want to do MSE but I heard it decreases ES ratio? mines already 0.4439 so don't want to decrease it any further

do you reckon SARPE or DOME might be a better option because it does not result in wider cheekbones? I also heard that surgically assisted MSE is a thing but don't know if Id be willing to risk getting it while the procedure is still in its infancy

Get dental implants asap
