[Method] What do you eat for night snacks?

Now that I'm gaining muscles I eat 5-7 times a day. Normally I'd eat some protein bars 3 hours after dinner, but I wonder if there are better options, since bars contain lots of sugar. Are nuts any better? Or just creatine?

Pistachios. Good for night cuz they also have loads of melatonin. And good protein content.

I was too lazy to cook something and just ate 500g of raw broccoli

Pretty much a collagen based protein shake and an orange because of vitamin c with a rice crispy bar as a cheat item for thenday
