What do you genuinely do if your orbitals are very asymmetrical

I have very asymmetrical orbitals. My left eye sits way higher and the right eye sits lower. Both my eyes have different eye shapes, eye brow shape and different upper eye lid exposure. What do i genuinely do? (please dont fill me with cope im talking abt hardmaxxing)

but i've heard that fat grafts help w brow asymmetry, and would obviously help with the UEE provided u speak 2 ur surgeon about what u desire
