Slavic aren't white though, Hitler also didn't really view any of eastern Europe as 'white'. Also, he changed his mind of Russia in the end, after the devastation of Operation Barbarossa.

What do you mean they aren't white? They speak an Indo-European Language and in essence are more European than Hungarians or Finns. A lot of those West Slavs even settled as far as Berlin and beyond, creating Slavic sounding villages and settlements that are still used today. Not to mention the racial mixing that must have been going on when Slavs and Germanics would constantly trade territory for centuries.
I don't know if you're applying that term to today or back then, but yea back then Hitler and most Germans in general didn't consider them as white since that term wasn't used loosely like it is today.

I don't think we will ever know the thoughts of some of the High ranking National Socialists at the time, as there seems to be a lot of conflicting evidence. Some pictures that you posted yourself show slavs as being part of the greater European race, and some statements from high ranking nazi officials say otherwise. Not to mention the numerous war crimes commited in the East vs the much lenient occupation stance in the West.
