I mainly draw when im sad or bored which can be fun
Otherwise yeah games are mainly boring especially modern which is why i mostly play far cry 2 when bored but that also can get stale too so what i did is everytime i die i do an exercise
For martial arts all i did was boxxing so i cant tell much other than it does make ya anxious bit when you with other people having to interract for an hour or so after spending time being celluate
