I cant really do sports ive spent my whole life in my room so i get tired from just walking up stairs

The real way isn’t to find happiness, it’s to find satisfaction. You’re probably very unfulfilled and have very little going on. I was having a rough time until I started working out and seeing myself improve. Working helps bc you feel satisfied at the end of a shift knowing you make money. Hanging out with friends and learning new skills is very important. HEAVY ON THE LEARNING NEW SKILLS.

Good food, no stress, in my case trying to look better; so I do gym but its not needed. Hangout with friends and slay once a week atleast. Just biochemically happy.

True, people focus too much on trying to be happy when it’s something that’s meant to come and go

Going outside definitely helps and tbh I would say get off antidepressants.

I’m gigabipolar and that always makes me feel a bit better getting some sun essentially rotting but outside ofc putting down the phone and shit

I feel like talking to girl or having a girl ur talking to you kinda ruins ur personal happiness to an extent.

Some days I’m in pure ecstasy of just living and some days I truly couldn’t be trusted with a firearm.

Do whatever makes you. Happy. Even if it hurts others prioritize yourself.
