RIP spinedeadlifts
RIP spine
RIP your spine, you rotting pussyObviously regular sitting wouldn’t give you more intradiscal pressure than really heavy deadlifts, but I would definitely agree that prolonged sitting is more deleterious on the spine than deadlifting. You’ve got prolonged intradiscal pressure, plus sitting decreases glute activation by several mechanisms : compression on the tissue, neurological reciprocal inhibition of the hip flexors, and mechanical inhibition of end range hip extension due to adaptive shortening of hip flexors.

so wait can sitting affect the spine permanently? or just temporarilyRIP your spine, you rotting pussy
my guess would be temporarily unless you don't ever give it time to recover and then eventually it might turn into a chronic thing, but you'd probably have to be a supremely lazy overweight piece of shit for that to happen. but that's just my guessso wait can sitting affect the spine permanently? or just temporarily
