2 chicken legs & a chcicken breast sandwich w a side of cucumbers (im on a cut so i have this big meal b4 my workout so i burn off alot of it then I have like just protein and fibre later at night) my preworkout meal is 1100 calories does sum1 know if thats good or not

Unless you're specifically on a keto diet this is pretty bad. Preferably you want fast carbs before a workout, even on a cut ; rice cakes, cream of rice, white bread and peanut butter..

so when should i eat that meal?
 
slower digesting carbs 2-4 hours before training is the way to go. additionally , I know its not food but being extremely well hydrated going into a lift makes the pump 10x better than any carb source could ever

im 280 pounds 6'2 im only eating 1800 calories a day im weight lifting really heavy & im fasting 16 hrs if not more a day, while getting 10k steps + treadmill for 20 mins incline 3 speed

5’9 decompressed,usually I do deadhangs before school and after so I can reach 5’9 but usually I’m compressed so I’m like 5’6.its fucking brutal.My dad is 5’7 and my moms 4’11 ,but all my uncles are 6foot plus and my grandparents were also tall.Doctor said I have a high chance of reaching 5’10 but the other one said I’m stuck at 5’6.
