title, I have a hard time wrapping my head around it, on the first thought in some cases it will just inevitably destroy an innocent life, but on the second thought I think certain people need to suffer consequences for their actions. Rape is pretty much a valid reason imo, same as being deformed/mentally ill etc, but not sure about just being two silly retards fucking without a condom.

I believe that life is sacred from the moment of conception. Every person being is created in the image of God, and that includes the unborn. Psalm 139 says, “You knit me together in my mother’s womb… I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” That verse reminds me that each life has purpose and value, even before birth. Well I would certainly kill my mother if she was in a state of severe pain that she resented every single second of living (sickness etc), well certainly is a bit of an overstatement but if she asked me I would seriously consider it because I know its so she feels better by ending her pain, I reckon the same concept implies if you think about how in certain cases some kids are just destined to be living shitty lives, many of the people on this site would agree that they just shouldn't have been born in the first place.

Refreshing perspective, people try to deny that it is murder and get nowhere but if you value the liberty of society over the life of the individual this is a fair conclusion. I've met a few people like you and have to respect the honesty.
Do you consider life to have inherent value? And how did you determine where your line is for what you value more, considering that different cases will have different impacts on the people. From this, what do you propose is the best practical solution (i.e. what law would you put in)

I wouldn't really go as far as to say I value the liberty of society more than the life of an individual, it's that I consider not preventing the inevitable suffering that lies ahead for certain children just as big of a sin as a murder of that same child, since I truly believe that child not experiencing that suffering is much greater mercy than letting it be born into this world.

I will answer the second part a bit later since I don't want to give a half assed answer.
