What do you guys think about face pulling/hard towel pulling?

towel pulling in the traditional sense is retarded because u cant displace ur maxilla in any effective/meaningful way from pulling ur teeth forward. its retarded imo.

thumbpulling as in lateral maxillary pulling or forward pulling do work though. although a slow process requiring consistency of applying force vectors correctly throughout the day for 2-3 minutes.
