You can get surgery in europe for that price range. Thinking of OrtognaticaRoma or Instituto maxillofacial. Would not recommend going anywhere outside the west when they fuck you up your legal options will probably be non-existing

Colombia is legit for female surgery, because in cities like Medellin and Cali, 90%+ of middle and upper class foids have had their tits/stomach/ ass done.

I don't know how it is for men, so check this guys results.

I assume you're American, so just dress and talk like it and there will be zero racism to you, I have hung out on many night outs in Medellin and Bogota with BBC guys from the US, and they all slayed (they're all 6'+ though and above average looking)
