You can get surgery in europe for that price range. Thinking of OrtognaticaRoma or Instituto maxillofacial. Would not recommend going anywhere outside the west when they fuck you up your legal options will probably be non-existing

Colombia is legit for female surgery, because in cities like Medellin and Cali, 90%+ of middle and upper class foids have had their tits/stomach/ ass done.
