I recently had problems with grinding my teeth and jaw clenching constantly so my massaters and jaw especially on my right side hurt, I might be developing TMJ issues so my orthodontist is fitting me for a mouth guard, I looked in a bit and heard a bit of good things like mandible adjustment,ccw rotation,helps symmetry and such but I’m not sure if it’s cope or not. Any help?
