I believe autogynephilia is real, but the image is dogshit.

You can’t determine what Blanchard type a trans woman is just based on whether she passes.

The notion of “non-passing = autogenephile and passing = HSTS” doesn’t hold up logically.

• If autogynephiles are so strongly aroused by the thoughts of themselves being female that they’d go as far as transitioning, why wouldn’t they put in maximal effort to become women who’re actually attractive? I mean, the whole point is to be sexy women, so wouldn’t AGPs try as hard as possible to pass? Not doing this is a low-IQ trait (though the image claims AGPs have IQs higher than average).
• What about HSTSs who have “bad genetics for MtF” such as long faces, square jaws, broad shoulders, etc.? When people select examples of AGPs and HTSTs just based on looks, not one example of HSTS ever doesn’t pass. You might reply that HSTSs who can’t pass know transition won’t make them attractive to straight men so they don’t attempt to transition, but alas, that’d make them high-IQ.

Further fucking more, the image includes in its AGP definition “emotionally fulfilled by the thought or image of themselves as women”. Emotionally fulfilled, eh? Well this means pretty much all trans women are AGPs.
