everyone says its impossible to fix a deep bite/recessed lower jaw after development but this just simply isnt true. first way is through :
Neuromuscular Mandibular Repositioning. This approach uses diagnostic tracking (like TENS therapy) to find a relaxed, optimal position where your jaw muscles are under the least amount of strain ( https://symbiosisonlinepublishing.c...therapy/dentistry-oraldisorders-therapy28.php ). the process: A custom orthotic or splint is worn to train the lower jaw to permanently rest in a more forward and downward position. Once the ideal muscle tracking is established, the back teeth are built up using restorative dental work (crowns or overlays) or orthodontics to lock that new forward posture into place. The result: It successfully decompresses the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), opens the deep bite, and physically changes where your lower jaw sits when your mouth is closed.
2nd way
Functional & Proprioceptive Orthodontic Appliances
how it works: Systems like the Invisalign Mandibular Advancement (MA) system, Homeoblock, or Vivos CARE appliances use precision wings or active mechanics to guide the lower jaw forward when you bite down. long-term forward tracking forces a degree of remodeling in the condyle and glenoid fossa (the jaw joint socket), alongside dental movement. This stabilizes a forward-positioned jaw posture over time. Theres a few other ways but cba to list them. thought this was interesting. you org niggas said it was over for me but its not. (low effort thread just wanted to get this out there)
