This guy has some really good points about nature and honestly opened my eyes completely. His telegram videos are interesting and really thought provoking

But he has some retarded takes indeed like anti gymmaxing, cooking food and saying you waste the protein when cooking an egg what is not true. I love meat and eat it a lot but not eating any vegetables because that's "indigestible" is stupid because you will be in pain when pooping. Eating carrots is raypeatmaxxed.
