personally im still skeptical since they used DMSO as part of the topical formulation which would greatly enhance the penetration of whatever its mixed with,

however its unlikely that any "skincare" formulation will contain DMSO, but you can always DIY this yourself since all the ingredients are pretty accessible

i personally might DIY this i already have DMSO from when i distilled it from paint thinner, but ill prob just buy 99% DMSO from amazon if im actually gonna go through with this,

i would like to have some criticism and/or pointing out anything ive missed

i was just typing out the reply to my main post ill give you the source as a link and a file

lmao thank you i hope this gets more views

i hope the study continues with different formulations and concentrations (this one was with 1% active) , itll be really nice if results were more pronounced at higher conc's and if DMSO wasnt required

now how much does this cost
Everythings very cheap, the only thing thats "expensive" is the Rosiglitazone itself

this is the formulation (10% DMSO, 40% PEG300, 5% Tween 20, and 45% normal saline.)

honestly you can replace the Rosiglitazone with other PPAR-gamma agnoists like Pioglitazone which is alot cheaper

good user potential if you know all these solvents

i didnt realise i sent the message
im just saying most users just do fuck all and you actually know something
anyways i bet most of these solvents are unnecessary
dmso and peg400 or tween80 alone are prob enough
need strong solvent and something to thicken it a bit

yeah i replied to some other guy saying i might change up the formulation, but i hope the researchers revisit this with different formulations and just carrying out tests, it would be best to know the tissue concentration of rosiglitazone with and without DMSO
