I’ve tried it many times… I would only want to do weed occasionally. Weed doesn’t give me the same great body high and dopamine rush nicotine gives me imo.

And from my experience, you only need a little amount of weed to be comfortably high to the point where you’re not sitting in your chair, shuddering and trying to make sure you don’t die or green out. Greening out sucks.

But i will admit food tastes really good when you’re high on weed.

Nothing, because already in the past years when something good happened, I didn't schedule it, or I scheduled it very randomly and very soon after it happened, because they were realistic goals, for which I had good plans and which I planned correctly

I'm at the point where I just let life happen because if good things and opportunities were to come, they came, and if they didn't, they didn't, and I've had little to no control over those things in the past

Basically I stress less than ever, and by that I keep my sleep very good and satisfying, my collagen level and hair quality very high, also my level of in shape and overall athleticism as good as possible

This helps me to be able to have a diversified diet and to be able to eat anything, to feel good about myself psychologically and physically throughout the day, and at the same time to be able to do sports and feel confident in my own body when I go outside

But as things for 2025, I hope to remain as curious about the world and life, and I hope to evolve more, to be a more open and understanding person

2024 helped me a lot because of the nature of the job I had, as it is one where you have to be very technical and efficient time-based, and after like 6 months at such a job, I applied such an ''efficiency'' mentality to almost all my daily activities
