Eat until the point that you either feel satisfied or a little hungry.
Counting calories works but most people have a gut feeling for how much they need to eat to either gain, maintain or lose.
That's at least what I'm doing without any issues.

Ok i see, so in my case I have to force myself to eat more even if I don't necessarily have an appetite, because I am already filled up right? As I don't gain weight this way, it's not enough

You should not eat anymore when you are full that's when you gain weight unless you burn it.
Lean is life, don't bulk. Just eat enough protein without going on a calorie surplus.
