What do you recommend for around 1000 calories diet

With these macros: 140g proteins 50g fat 50g carbs

Also 300g vegetables 2 times a day

Broccoli and celery

I don't recommend a 1,000 kcal diet. I recommend intermittent fasting, intuitive dieting, cold exposure and optimizing metabolic health, which entails bloodwork (e.g. vitamin D and ferritin)

Do 1500+ calorie deficit for 4-6 weeks max to shed ~8kg
i do not understand how people can cut in like 300 cal deficit for like several months, big cal deficit is lifefuel cuz u see progress every single day

It’s a meme. Cannot even accurately calculate a 300 calorie deficit. No one know how much you actually burn a day due to varying activity levels etc, and food labels are off by 20% so if you think you ate 2000, it could he 1600, or 2400 calories for all you know. And faster progress mogs yeah so you can get back to maintenance or surplus mo much faster. That same 8kg fat would take 200 days with 300 deficit. Fuck that.
Imagine waiting 1 year to lose that weight you'll eventually get so bored that you will relapse anyway 1k+ deficit or nothing imo
