Entry level, Stacy. Is imo. A woman that is top 1% among 20 year olds.
So like 1 in 100.

In a city with 1 million people. There would be about 50.000 women in prime range age. That would mean, 500 stacies level women in a city of 1 million people.
Like every 1 on 10.000 women you would come across, would be a Stacy.
Might be right. Maybe it's 0.5% instead of 1%, among prime aged women. Dunno.
