400-800 average 801-1000 slightly above average and it continues like that, i didnt add an under average to partially stop people from making joke votes since his test was obviously atleast average

“Obviously”? Why do you think him having levels of testosterone below average isn’t a serious take? From what I remember (correct me if I’m wrong) at the peak of his popularity Vonderplantiz was over 40ish years old. Testosterone levels lower over time.

From his diet and lifestyle choices, and considering that Aajonus lived what I personally believe was a HIGHLY optimal lifestyle, I would like to estimate that his testosterone would have been around 1,200 ng/dL. as the average testosterone level nowadays (around 400–800 ng/dL) is generally seen in men with comparatively less optimal diets and lifestyles, whereas Aajonus emphasized consuming high-quality red meat, meat, and poultry.

If you think his diet and lifestyle is the justification for the he was high t argument, then that’s fair. I’m not dismissing that.

I’m urging you to also take his age into consideration when making that claim.
