Don’t get it by itself. If only buccal fat was your real problem, you’d just look baby faced but good looking. Usually buccal fat looks bad if your chin/jaw/cheekbones aren’t proportionate.

I would say that mostly, especially from official doctor reviews on realself, the problem is not really the excess fat but rather the lack of bone support (cheeks etc.) You should get implants first as implants will strecth the skin. In case you have great bone structure jsut get lean (%8-10 bf) and see
