dhea is a must for anyone closing in on the 30 mark
I don't know much about caradrine but don't run it long term if you do, not sure what anti aging properties you're hoping to see for it but if your test is high already I wouldn't bother.
maybe swap it for mk677, would be better for anti aging and good for lean mass.
