Why? I'm curious. I’m sticking to the order: trimax first, then rhino, then implants, then LL. I’m taking the necessary rest periods. I think I can stack the money, and honestly, I might even get away with a bit less — like Safi might charge me more like 40k, for example. Worst case, I might end up looking slightly uncanny, but if I follow the right sequence and go to good surgeons, there’s a high chance it’ll be a crazy transformation.

Because I need real forward projection, even if it means ending up a bit dogmaxxed. Especially with the maxilla — I feel like they’re often reluctant about it. But I need that advancement, it’s what makes you age well.

Depends on what you look like, your height etc. Realistically I think stuff like limb lengthening surgery is a really shitty ROI for most people, and some of these surgeries may not be necessary depending on your face. Hard to tell what you need without seeing you.

Yeah, I was hesitating, but I’m lucky enough to be able to hit two meters with it. Yeah, it’s autistic, but I can’t help it — it’s a childhood dream. I know exactly what I need in terms of surgery, it’s more the pricing that I’m unsure about.

That's why I'm only going to see top surgeons, even if it means paying the price. Deep voice surgery is a great investment if you’ve got a muscular body — it just completes the look. As for limb lengthening, after 24 months you walk normally, you're just a bit stiffer.
