Okay ill dumb it down for you, my face is slightly to short because my teeth are short and small, so if I would get lefort I‘d still have small and unappealing teeth and maybe even a slight gummy smile. So the best option and also the cheapest is to make my teeth longer.

So it’s 2 separate problems. You have to fix your teeth regardless. Hopefully it makes your sides longer cause that’s where the jaw rests

Yes, a like 2mm change lefort would be optimal but I just dont see the ROI there
