you can get more on femur, easy doesnt exist with this shit tho. "Easiest" method though would be a full weight bearing internal nail

But in the article it says 5 cm each

Or do you recommend 5cm femur and 3cm tibia

But in the article it says 5 cm each
typical is up to 8cm femur and 5cm tibias when you do them individiually. Sometimes quadilateral is possible something like 6 and 5 or 5 and 5 as you mentioned. But considering tibias is hell on earth compared to femurs; they heal slower, its more expensive, painful and you can get shit like knock knees cus of the achiles tendon, and obviously you can gain less, i can only advice agains it unless you're medically a midget. Just go all in on femurs and accept you'll gain 2 or 3 cms less. Btw don't worry about that throwing off your proportions, you really can't tell unless you're actively looking for it.

the betzbone device actually goes up to 12cm on femurs but I don't think they ever do that

I will probably go 5 cm on femur and 5 in my spine

So that body and legs grow the same

Idk if there is spine surgery
I remember this old thread about a spine surgery for height, some orthopeadic surgeon claims 1-2 inches can be added but I can't find it anywhere, I think it was in botb but it's gone now.

Can i grow 5cm with conzuri nike airforce

That way it would be 5 on tibia and 5 on femur

Great

So u would recommend only 5 cm femurs

And the other 5 cm with tall shoes

Someone has 5cm tall shoes

If you dont have a gf at average height it is your FACE
