I an out of the loop myself but he is accused of hiding a foid. rrm_ss2 was found to be a foid and he sent her an arm pic she used to prove she is not a foid. He says that while he did send her a pic to demonstrate what she needs to do he did not know she is a foid (but admits having suspected) and did not give her that pic for the purpose of pretending to be a guy.
