basically more lean muscle mass means % wise you will have more body fat. Arnold (let’s say 200lbs) having 10% bf is the same amount of fat as incel having 20% at 100lbs. They both have 20lbs of fat.

Think about it, that’s why almost all leanmaxing gods have no muscle like ramirez and barrett

Yea but height and musculoskeletal weight plays a part as well. And most bodybuilders are insanely shredded ie 6 percent bf so 6 percent of 200 compared to 10 percent of 100 the fat mass is not that big esp since muscles make the fat look less bad. But most gymcels have bloated faces tho definitely because of the water weight and since they’re constantly in bulk. For natty gymcels even 3 kg a year is huge so overall effect is just a better look shirtless.

Probably not. Imperfections that come from very low bf are easier to hide than it is to fake leanness

yes, this is like 13 or 14%, some of those are indeed 15%.

lack of muscle mass can be deceiving their arms are defintely more bony than most body builders who get downt to 13-15 percent. maher stomach is bloated / has fuck all muscle mass so looks fatter

lifefuel then but that means im prolly at 24 percent bf and not 18 like i thought jfl whateves i have enough time to get lean.

most people are way fatter than they think they are, but the time of the day also matters, 12% essentially looks the same as 15% after you've bloated from lunch, and all the info graphs on bodyfat are dogshit.

I store most of my fat on my back, especially lower back, which is also why my waist looks so thick on it, it tapers off once I drop below 15%

but if I remember correctly the caliper measurement for the skin flaps in the front were still at like 13~% so that wasn't that lean by any means.

10% is my natural bodyfat if im not bulking.
selfmade and inaccurate. There are many variables. Bones, facial bloat, fat distribution.
I was skinny my whole life yet bloated from shitty Na K ratio
