Similar to Alfaro- also do quite big movements
Here he moved mandible forward 22.4mm and impacted nose by 5mm.


Actually I think he could be better than Alfaro because his LeFort's cuts are higher than Alfaro's. Alfaro try to not touch nose while Alfi cut above nasal base and rotate IT as much as possible:


From the other side Alfaro's actual before and afters can be extremely dramatic
