What do you think about this rhinoplasty result?

This is from a surgeon in my country, price is around $3500. I'm looking to get a rhinoplasty from this surgeon, and my nose is fairly similar to hers, and I'd be happy with such a result. I think the result is decent.

Yeah, seems to be a fairly common practice with B/A pics. It's fucking autistic, but they're trying to sell this shit to normies, so it's to be expected.

Coz they take the pic before the operation and the bitch HAS to have her face clean from the soil she puts on every day. The after is taken after months when she's back to her frauding routine with the makeup.

Bear in mind a w*man rarely will go out without tons of dirt on her face, she'll take it off only when a doctor has to cut open her face shortly thereafter.
