lifestyle changes are like the absolute best but only if they are implemented as early as possible, like lets say a woman is retarded and decided to drink or smoke (which my mother wanted to do) during pregnancy, its already over. even not getting enough prenatal T is fatal.

i dont know a lot about pharmacology, but if you have good diet etc you are already set and probably dont need it

Maybe it's because I was born early? I mean, I was born in the 8th month, about two weeks before the month, I should have been born on June 14th. But I was born on May 29th.
