This guy commented some years ago he was having a jaw surgery (didn't specify which one). I have no idea what he had done, but I think it made a huge difference (positive difference) in his face. I know that some people here know a lot about the subject, could anyone tell me what it is? I kind of have the same problem that he does (not exactly, but my face is also really narrow and could use some width).

If you don’t have an under it but your midface is as recessed as someone with an underbite except your teeth jut out giving you bimaxillary protrusion and the protrusion is the only reason you don’t have an under it, would it be worth it to get extractions and then braces to give yourself an underbite then correct it all using jaw surgery?
