I had a consultation with Raffaini and he told me that I can do a genioplasty, even though it would be a small movement. I think I'm gonna consult with Pagnoni and Ramieri before getting surgery. what y'all think i should do based on my xrays? genio, implants, something else?

Im guessing you got a short ramus from the xray. So lengthen it with Ramus Grafting or Implants. Also add rhino to the list
