C Murphy is a weird case because he has some of the traditional PSL eye flaws but a lot of people (women especially) love his eye area.

His eyes are carried by color and look more feminine and high trust due to UEE, rounder shape so maybe that's why some girls like them. Other than UEE they are fine (PFL is a bit low but not too bad)

Cilian's eye area isn't that bad. His eyes have PCT along with his brows also being positively tilt. Brows are wide and full. Good IPD, I'm not that good with determining PFL but he has very strong lashes that help to add contrast. His brow ridge appears very bony and robust which creates a hooded effect (I don't mean a hooded eyelid). His only major eye failo is the fact he doesn't appear to have any fat storage around his upper eyelid. It's not just the jaw that's saving him he has very robust bones all around including his zygomatic area and brow ridge. An actual bad eye area wouldn't have half these things. The fact he only really has one big failo is the reason people still find him to be good looking because everything else is still strong

Both. Eyes is harder to fix than jaw. You can atleast psl chadlite with great yes but with mid/bad jaw. If you got great jaw but bad eye area you can be normie easily. Both is what makes male a chad
