Why do you think the avarage caloric intake is up like 600 calories since 1940?

Seed oils and fat. Sugar has nothing to do with it

In fact sugar ( sucrose ) is protective against obesity:

The result of this enormous study was unequivocal – the only thing that made the mice get fat was eating more fat in their diets. “Carbohydrates including up to 30% of calories coming from sugar had no effect. Combining sugar with fat had no more impact than fat alone. There was no evidence that low protein (down to 5%) stimulated greater intake, suggesting there is no protein target. These effects of dietary fat seemed to be because uniquely fat in the diet stimulated the reward centres in the brain, stimulating greater intake. “A clear limitation of this study is that it is based on mice rather than humans. However, mice have lots of similarities to humans in their physiology and metabolism, and we are never going to do studies where the diets of humans are controlled in the same way for such long periods. So the evidence it provides is a good clue to what the effects of different diets are likely to be in humans.”

...In this study, we show that mice fed a chronic high-sucrose diet do not develop obesity, primarily due to an increase of energy expenditure accompanied with increased expression levels of ChREBP and FGF21mRNA in liver and BAT. Body weight as well as glucose metabolism is regulated by various hormones such as GLP-1, which contributes to reduction of weight gain by slowing gastric emptying and suppressing appetite [8] as well as increasing energy expenditure [10], [11]."
"...Thus, chronic high-sucrose diet increases FGF21 production concomitant with increase of the expression levels of ChREBP mRNA in liver and BAT. It also increases the expression levels of FGFR1c and KLB mRNA. These changes act to attenuate weight gain by increasing energy expenditure (Fig. 6)...SUC-fed mice show increased energy expenditure and potent insulin sensitivity..."

I'm glad normies are voluntarily making themselves ugly, that's less competition.

I never practiced any of it. Mom does everything for me and 30 percent of my calories come from starch . Only 5 percent from meat rest is fat and protein from milk and ghee and carbs from sugar. I will stop eating her food from tomorrow.

You're just putting unnecessary stress, running/swimming/skipping + caloric deficit will burn through fat fast.
