close set ipd, legit no way to surgically change it atm. wide set isnt as bad since you could get cheekbone implants and improve the ratio

Why are your examples completely diffrent levels of facial analysis? Like one is a bone covering half your face from your mouth to your infra orbitals while the other is a "micro"-level flaw of nct? The worst bone to have recessed is the maxilla then the mandible, obviously. When talking about features I'd say a shitty eye-area, then jaw. A bad philtrum and nose shape is also extreamely unappealing, especially for a woman because they have shorter philtrums on average. Having bug eyes is also awful awful and for the bones the supra orbital matters way more than infra
