Eating clean with a 500 calorie surplus over basal metabolic rate to gain about half a pound a week. Which equals a net gain of like 2 pounds a month.

As opposed to dirty bulking. Which is something I DO NOT recommend unless you have a monster work ethic.

These guys are just talking shit though cause they pigged out but miraculously managed to bounce back.

My plan was to cut. Go on a maintanence diet for a few months or probably a year. Then clean bulk and cut for a net gain of 5 lbs of muscle.

its good for muscle gain and it also raises your basal metabolic rate making your calorie needs higher therefore allowing you to cut easier

500 is to much you will become fat in no time

200-300 maximum. Especially if you are a skinnyfat like me it is a bad idea.

when bulking males with NORMAL (which stupid lazy metabolically adapted over fatcels call fast metabolism and "ectomorph") or skinny-fat underweight guys tend to experience a decrease in body fat whilst gaining weight because they hardly gain any fat and build muscle, which was the case for me. Actually, if in this case an individual tries to lose weight, there are cases when one even gets more body fat percentage as they lose muscle more than fat.
Natty cutting is truly fucking bullshit for many guys with healthy metabolism (those who consume more than 3000 calories to maintain 160 lbs), so we are to perma bulk and then maintain weight

True since a Kg of fat is 7000 calories, you will gain 0.5kg of fat in 1 week with a 500 surplus. So ideal would be 100-300 surplus.

False calculation since not 100% of surplus calories will be stored as adipose tissue

Ahh interesting, i didnt consider this. But i wonder if the net muscle gain is different between 200 or 500 surplus.
Btw i remember a study where they compared big overdose bulking with only very slight surplus. In the end of the gaining period both groups have gained the same % amount of muscle tissue, only the dirty bulking group had much more fat gain.

it's not possible to hit into so small caloric surplus, imo bulking is useless bc generate oxidative stress and increase aging over time. My lifetime strategy is keeping half year small caloric deficit and the rest of a year giving up sticking to a diet, esp in summer time like rn

Being skinny without muscles is a big big failo for guys with average height and non chad faces.

yeah but the same results you can achieve at home, I wasted my time on gymceling and several bulking periods
