Monday:
-10 sets Barbell Rows AMRAP (Up to 20)
-10 sets Pullover AMRAP (up to 25)
-10 sets Curls AMRAP (Up to 10)
Tuesday:
-10 Sets Deadlifts AMRAP (Up to 8)
-5 sets Skullcrushers AMRAP (Up to 15)
-5 Sets Overhead Extension (up to 20)
Wednesday:
-Abs/Core 10 minute workout
Thursday:
-10 sets Barbell Rows AMRAP (Up to 20)
-10 sets Pullover AMRAP (up to 25)
-10 sets Curls AMRAP (Up to 10)
Friday:
-10 Sets Deadlifts AMRAP (Up to 8)
-5 sets Skullcrushers AMRAP (Up to 15)
-5 Sets Overhead Extension (up to 20)
Saturday:
If I want to train something I train it but I don't go hard on it
Sunday:
Rest

I am not including pecs isolating exercises because they tend to give me problems with my shoulder joints.
I am considering on adding 10 sets Ohp on Tuesday and friday

If you are natty, don't waste time on all this mumbo jumbo. Just do Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 and get a good frame. You will not get a stunning Zyzz body natty, don't let online progress pics fool you, they're all on gear.

If you are willing to embrace the dark side you can focus on super detailed routines

Unnecessary, too much, too taxing on recovery and plain stupid. For back focus on Rows + pullups with some deadlifts 1x a week

Will scale it down to once a week, actually you're right.
I was thinking about lowering the weight and going for more intensity on one day
