Every serial killer must be high iq by my logic, due to the fact that a low iq person wouldn’t actually have thinked about killing somebody. What I don’t understand is why serial killers kill innocent people and especially rira with his vampire ahh killing spree

He killed people just for the fun of it, he lived like everyday was his last, drugs, raw meat, murder, junk food he completly let himself go and chose to kill and rape as a way for him to finaly feel in control of something
