He should've aimed for something realistic like 5'7-5'9 he ruined his gait, ignored all medical advice and overlengthened anyway. This could be done safely but this guy didn't do it that way

Wtf do you mean they won't notice it, his entire arm is shorter than his shin, that's ridiculously disproportionate and noticeable even to the most unaware. He needs at least 5-6" of arm length and 2-3" of shoulder width before he remotely looks like a 6 footer.
