There is no cheating the system unless you use roids. Unless you mean time actually spent in the gym per day

Just do around 10-12 heavy sets per muscle group and increase the weight every week or so, you’ll gain size regardless of split.

Do some form of PPL but if you don’t go 6 days a week you’re not gonna gain efficiently. There’s not one perfect routine everyone’s different if you’re a beginner you’ll gain quicker and it tapers off after like a year or 2 but def do ppl

Tbh split doesn’t matter, doing anything with the same weekly volume will give you results, my favourite is a chest and shoulders, back, arms, legs, 4 day split.
