What doctor do I go to for recessed maxilla causing breathing problems?

I have an obstructive sleep disrorder that has ruined my life. I thought I just had allergies but now I realize it’s cause I’m a recessed goblin LMAO.

I want to get double jaw surgery but don’t even know where to start.

I have a dentist appointment next week but I don’t think he will be able to diagnose or help me. Should I see an ENT or maxillofacial surgeon first??

im still on my parents insurance to I hope that cover surgery with Gunson. If not I will probably rope.
